We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Membership Team.
As Regional Sales Manager, you will support our clubs in developing winning strategies to drive & ensure optimal membership volume and yield is delivered across the business..
The role:
- Ensuring the ongoing recruitment and selection of Virgin Active brand ambassadors to our
sales force
- Constantly managing, coaching and advising on the inputs of our sales funnel to deliver the
desired outputs
- Overseeing the new member journey in club with a focus on the onboarding and welcome
journey to ensure maximum engagement of members through their membership.
- Ensuring the execution of the membership strategy across the business through effective
influencing of the key stakeholders.
What qualities does a Regional Sales Manager need to join Virgin Active?
- An understanding & passion for health & fitness
- Excellent relationship building skills
- At least a 2-3 year proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- A history of growing and developing successful teams.
- A solid understanding of good people practices
