Our ranges are extensive, covering all home categories, including Homeware, DIY & Storage, Garden, Home Fragrance, Gifting, Toiletries & Household, Kitchen, Cookware, Plastics, & many more.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing Sales Team. This position requires strong communication skills, and we're looking for an individual who can follow through on commitments and deliverables. A successful candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities, a commitment to excellence and the ability to work effectively.
Duties in particular:
● Proactively promote, sell, and maintain sales of the Company’s products to designated existing and prospect accounts gaining new distribution points, achieving incremental sales and profitable growth.
● Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities.
● Review and target lapsed business by developing an assessment of their needs, their organisation structure specifically identifying the decision makers and the overall potential for the company to service their Wholesale requirements.
● Develop a deep knowledge of the company and its ranges.
● Maintain accurate customer sales data.
● Attend and participate in outside events, e.g. Trade Shows.
Essential attributes
● Experience in Homeware industry
● Strategic sales management and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team
● Proven experience of managing key accounts
● Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
● High standard of time management and the ability to meet deadlines
● Have a flexible attitude to working hours
● Have a developed business acumen and be an excellent communicator at all levels
● Have a proactive attitude to responsibilities
