Brief

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our small but busy company to support our current team with the day to day operations and logistics of the business. You will be handling multiple clients, events and tasks at once and will be supporting with complex logistics, including scheduling and travel arrangements. You will also be supporting team members with general administrative tasks. We are looking for someone that is logistically minded, highly organised and competent to take a brief and act upon it in a concise and timely manner, we are looking for someone who is competent and happy to hit the ground running and take real ownership for their work.

Main responsibilities

· Global Event Support & Complex Logistics

· Scheduling & Travel Arrangements

· Supporting our CEO’s EA and Wider Team

· Client Activity Workflow Support

· Detailed Roadmap Ownership & Support

· CRM Support

· Assisting with Day-to-Day Operations and General Administrative Tasks

· Maintaining effective communication with other colleagues to ensure everything is aligned and runs smoothly

Essential Requirements

Will need to travel to Team days in Surrey/London once a month, as well as other ad hoc in person meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
