Overview
We are looking for an organised and self-motivated Marketing Manager to support the brand development of numerous hospitality venues, execute the marketing plan, as well as work with the founder and management team, enabling them to move quickly and efficiently.
This role will work particularly closely with the founder.
Role and responsibilities
Leading our marketing function, you’ll be joining as the Manager who is responsible for all ideation and execution for marketing both offline and online, and to support the founder and management team in the day-to-day execution of activities that drives footfall to our venues.
This includes, but will not be limited to, social media management, paid social activity, partner communications, PR & Influencer management and campaign coordination and campaign administration. Leading and owning activity across all channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing and maintaining up to date vendor and suppliers’ assets for all campaign and marketing activities
- Management of all digital channels including paid & organic social.
- Responsible for asset delivery to all partners
•Ownership of the brand mission, vision and tone of voice
- Responsible for individual partner communications and calendar maintenance
- Responsible for influencer & PR outreach ensuring the database is kept up to date
- Responsible for coordination across all teams working on implementing new systems and processes where necessary to optimise turnaround times and ensure efficiencies are prioritised.
- Source data for any marketing reports.
- Ad-hoc invoicing and wider administration support across the business when necessary.
Desired Skills
Experience in online & offline F&B marketing
Organised, diligent and process driven
Multichannel marketing mix experience from ATL to TTL online & offline with the focus being driving footfall.
Has marketing experience and is familiar with all social platforms.
A real team player
Proactive and solution led
Can stay completely on top of their workload and be communicative about their time management
Adaptive to change and tight deadlines
Self-starter and enthusiastic team player
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word [& GSuite tools]
Ability to work with a wide range of people from different disciplines

Salary: £750.00-£1,000.00 per month
