Summary
The Global Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for owning and optimizing the marketing technology stack. You will manage marketing automation and best practices for key systems including Marketo, 6Sense, Salesforce, PowerBI and WordPress. In this role, you will support campaign teams, analyze results, and measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns. You will identify trends and insights in order to optimize spend and performance, brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, and plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. You will collaborate with the regional and segment Marketing teams to optimize landing page conversions, utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and touch points, and evaluate emerging technologies. You will lead the continued growth of our organization by creating, optimizing and managing the marketing technology stack to attract, engage, and qualify Marketing leads / accounts.
Responsibilities
- Administrator of Marketo and other technology systems including marketing automation, attribution, lead management, ABM and similar platforms
- Assist in implementing and optimizing the Martech stack as it continues to grow
- Data-driven consultant to the Marketing team on digital campaign analytics and best practices
- Monitor and evaluate campaign activity and ROI and use insights to optimize and grow demand
- Drive improvements and innovation in relation to lead and pipeline management
- Grow and nurture leads through multiple marketing campaigns across numerous channels to the point where leads are ready to engage with the Business Development team
- Manage Marketo instance to ensure that all campaign data is flowing correctly between Salesforce and Marketo
- Troubleshoot and test Marketo campaigns, workflows, data issues, reports and other key marketing ops functions
- Execute A/B testing and real-time personalization strategies, with focus on reporting and continuous optimization
- Lead website performance and enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent experience and knowledge of Digital Marketing, Marketing Database, Social Media, SEO, PPC and Demand Generation Campaigns
- Proven experience with WordPress, Marketo, Hootsuite (or equivalent), SEMRush, Google AdWords and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of both SFDC and Marketo analytics with the ability to set up dashboards for tracking and reporting on marketing’s impact on pipeline and ROI
- Strong understanding of content marketing strategies and best practices
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of HTML, Excel and PowerBI (pivot tables and VLookup tools)
