JOB DESCRIPTION: SUPPORT WORKER (SW)

(Includes Bank Workers)

RESPONSIBLE TO: Senior Support Worker/Business Manager/Home Manager

JOB SUMMARY: To provide quality support for a group of vulnerable young

People with social emotional and mental health difficulties

within a Supported Accommodation Home
