We are now recruiting for a Plant & Fleet Data Analyst to be based at our Head Offices in Abergavenny.

As a Plant & Fleet Data Analysis Coordinator, the purpose of the role will be analysing and reporting on a range of data to help maximise the efficiency of the plant and fleet department within Griffiths Ltd.
On a day to day basis, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Analysing and reporting on the fuel usage and wastage and time spent in different machine modes for a range of plant
Keeping the MID up to date and accurate
Liaising with suppliers regarding road legal hires
Reporting on current hires
Reporting on damage and loss each invoice run
Preparing reports of fuel card transactions
In order to be considered for this position, any prospective applicants must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and although not essential, having at least an understanding of Power BI would also be beneficial.
