As our Digital Marketing Officer (Publications & Campaigns), you will provide effective and innovative marketing solutions and campaigns to support member engagement, particularly around raising awareness around our professional guidance and employment support activities for the Society and College of Radiographers.
The Role
You will plan and execute integrated recruitment, retention, and awareness campaigns for our professional body and employment support activities, as well as taking the lead on specific marketing campaigns, as directed.
Who we are looking for
You will have relevant experience in a similar role, with a proven delivery record of the creation of written marketing copy for advertising campaigns along with experience managing social media and email marketing campaigns. Experience in a professional body, membership organisation or trade union would be desirable, but not essential. If you are shortlisted for interview, you will be asked to present your portfolio of high quality marketing collateral, creative and digital assets and details of campaigns you have been involved in.

What you need to know
Location: HQ (Bermondsey) or remote
Salary: Grade B - £36,529 per annum plus
London weighting - £5,948 (HQ / Hybrid) or
Home Workers Allowance £930 (Homeworking)
Plus £312 (Homeworking / Hybrid)

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week

The Society and College of Radiographers are two separate companies operating together to provide service and support for those involved in radiography. Together they comprise the professional body and trade union for those practicing in medical imaging and radiotherapy.
