Full Time 1-1 Female Support Worker Required - Interviewing Now!
Working with the same service user located within the Rotherham area. Shift pattern 8am-8pm for Nights.
Support worker - £11.00 - £22.00 per hour

Job role:
To support/Assist our service user within their own home to remain independent and enable them to remain in their own home.
Support/Assist with personal care.
Support/Assist with nutrition and hydration promoting a healthy well balanced diet.
Support/Assist with medication.
Light household task-cooking cleaning laundry.
Support with companionship, outing and social interaction.
To monitor record and report any concerns relating to your service users health and wellbeing.
