The staff at Unity Care Solutions are a highly skilled team of Care assistants and Nurses who are passionate about providing complex care to those who need it in the community.

We work with the NHS, Social Services and others who need help to provide complex care and skilled nursing. We also work directly with privately-funded clients across our three branches based in Southampton, Sussex, and Kent.

OUR NEW PACKAGE
We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses in Alton to work along side a a team of health care assistants to support a 2-year-old client with their complex care needs during the day supporting at Nursery School and at home.
Shift Pattern:
- Monday-Thursday 08:30-16:00 and Friday 08:00-13:00
Pay rate: £35.00 per hour

We require Nursing staff to have a minimum of 1 years experience post qualification and 6 months experience as a health care assistant.
