Qualification in media production, or other related subject at A level or higher OR equivalent practical on the job experience.
Production and design skills with creative software including Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop as well as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro, Motion.

Image creation, editing and enhancements, using appropriate techniques and methods
You will be asked to complete a Personal Statement, in no more than 1000 words, to evidence how you meet the below Essential 'Experience' criteria:

Excellent production and editing skills with creative software including Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop

Demonstrable experience of working with graphic design briefs and brand guidelines.

Understanding of: production, business priorities and timeframes. Clear ability to communicate, present and influence effectively.

Experience in digital video production & editing to a good standard. Experience in using video cameras & DSLR cameras to shoot footage and images

The final stage will consist of a blended interview. The blended interview will test the remaining Essential Experience criteria and Behaviours listed in the Job Description, as well as the strengths associated with the role. We want to hear your first, unrehearsed, natural response to strength questions, and so we don’t advertise which strengths are being tested. The best way to prepare for strengths questions is to reflect on what you identify as your own personal strengths, and your preferred ways of working.
