Position: Healthcare Consultant


Location:
4 Heron Road, Belfast, BT3 9LE


Type:
Full Time / 40 Hours Per Week


Salary:
£24,000 (including on call)


Lucas Love Healthcare are recruiting a Healthcare Consultant to join our team.

The role of a Healthcare Consultant is to work with clients and candidates in understanding and matching their needs to provide quality tailored recruitment services.

The successful applicant will be expected to:

  • Participate in paid on-call duties.


Applicants will be required to demonstrate that they can:

  • Have a flare for sales and an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Enjoy building relationships with Clients and agency professionals alike
  • Be detail orientated and have high standards of professionalism
  • Be ambitious and eager to earn and learn
  • Have knowledge of the Northern Ireland Healthcare Sector and preferably have a strong network of contacts
  • Have ability to use computerised booking systems
  • Excellent communication skills


Essential Criteria:

  • At least 6 months experience within a sales / admin / similar role

  • Excellent communication skills that help you inform and liaise effectively with clients and candidates.
