Job Description
We are looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE & WELCOMING full-time Hotel Receptionist who wants to join a FANTASTIC TEAM at a VIBRANT central London hotel! You will be required to work weekdays and weekends.
Duties:
- Attend to all guest queries in a prompt, professional manner to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
- Complete a seamless check in and check out service for all our guests
- Knowledge of activities in the city (theatre, arts, exhibits, concerts, shows, sports and leisure activities)
- Familiar with the city restaurants and have established contacts with them to provide maximum guest service
- To act as a point of contact for all guests, to provide assistance and offer them efficient customer service, identify their needs as well as product knowledge
- Ensure the correct handling of guest messages, mail and packages
- To know details of the day’s arrivals, identify priority guests, VIPs and ensure their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities
- Working with the Duty Manager on a daily basis to best serve our guests
- Assist in arranging room moves, select appropriate rooms and arrange for luggage to be moved

Salary: £27,256 per annum (£13.44 per hour) + service incentives.
The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
