We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about high-end customer service and is capable of leading a team of receptionists to be the very best they can be. The brand of the practice is paramount to everything we do and we are looking for developed skills in patient experience. Dental knowledge although an advantage, is not essential as this can be learnt.
Patient experience is the key to the success for this role.
As lead receptionist, you will be working alongside an experienced leadership team of Louise Owen (HR & Compliance Manager), and Natalie Totton (Referral and Patient Experience Manager).
You will be expected to integrate into this team and work alongside them to maximise the success of the practice.

Moody Terrace Dental Practice has recently celebrated its 70th anniversary and has a terrific reputation amongst our local patient population and also amongst local peers and professional colleagues.
We are a successful family dental practice but also a renowned expert referral centre.
Moody Terrace is owned by three fantastic dental partners; Dr Robin Carson (special interest in Endodontics), Dr Adam Noble (special interest in Dental Implants) & Dr Thomas Bartley (special interest in restorative dentistry).
This combination is the beating heart of the practice. Together the partners have handpicked a group of clinicians to work alongside them to support our patients.
We are offering
· A competitive salary of up to £32,240.00 per year
· Flexible working for up to 40 hours per week, to be designed with you to facilitate the front of house team and provide support over all of our practice working hours:
✴ Monday to Thursday 8am - 8pm
✴ Friday 8am - 2pm
· No weekends or bank holidays are expected to be worked
· 30 days holiday which includes bank holidays
· Staff area for breaks/lunches
