Basic Salary- £24,500 / OTE £32,000

8:00-5:30 Monday-Friday/ 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00-12:30.
Our client is a Main Dealership based in the Wakefield Area.
They are actively looking to hire 2x Service Advisors. Get in touch whether you are an experienced Service Advisor or if you are in a customer facing role within the motor industry.
Our client is offering with successful Service Advisor:

Salary negotiable depending on experience with an OTE £32,000

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30 pm with Saturday Morning’s 8:00 -12:30 on 1 in 3 basis.

Service Advisor Responsibilities for the Role:

Looking after the Front of House service area.
-
Managing customers’ expectations both whilst on site and by telephone.

Reporting on various matters, as required, to the Aftersales Manager.

Checking the vehicle onto site, allocating and checking out a loan vehicle.
-
Workshop Loading, Maintaining / printing job cards.
-
Managing progress of all jobs.
-
Liaising with the customer during progression of work.

Completing a full description of the work done.

Producing invoices for customers as required.

Arranging collection and delivery and all other ad hoc duties associated with the role.
The Ideal Service Advisor will require:

Proactive in your approach to the job to achieve this.

Customer focused driven with good attention to detail.

Bringing solid communication and presentation skills
