Your role
Would you like to help us enhance our client experience, now and for the future? Are you client orientated with high risk awareness? Are you organized and flexible, with a good overall technical understanding of WM Operational processes?
We’re looking for someone with your skills to:
- Provide Service Support in query and incident management and oversight
- Coordinate monthly Service Support and Governance meetings with business stakeholders
- Be a Change Manager by participating in continuous improvement and Change projects
- Oversee Outsourcing and Vendor Governance Frameworks
Your team
You’ll be joining a new WM Operations team called Service Support and Governance (SS&G). You will be based in Jersey and will provide expertise and support to front office and Operations colleagues in Jersey, London and Poland ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner, service levels are met and maintained, and operational risk metrics remain stable. You will play a key role in ensuring Client satisfaction levels are high. Our key objective is to deliver excellent client services with continuous improvement on process efficiency and risk control.
Your expertise
- 5-10 years firsthand WM Operations experience
- Methodical and concise, with a solution-oriented way of thinking
- Familiar with procedure documentation and/or process improvement
- Effective communication and people skills
- Highly motivated, dedicated, proactive and a strong team player
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Proven ability to work independently
