We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate Graphic Designer with at least 4 years' in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment to join our fast-paced, energetic retail operations team.
This role offers a huge opportunity to take your skills to the next level and work on a wide range of projects, such as campaign branding, large format and specialist print media, and in-store POS for some of the world's biggest brands. Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, marketing teams and brand guardians will be a big part of the role too. This is a permanent and full-time role based here at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool L24.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Brief printers and allocate print materials to over 700 stores
- Maintain stock levels on store POS order catalogue
- Design impactful POS and print marketing for our stores across the UK, Northern Ireland & France
- Take responsibility for projects from the initial ideas and concepts stage through to design, artwork, and final delivery
- Work on a number of different design projects simultaneously
- Collaborate and communicate with other departments when necessary
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with our suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent working knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop (mac based)
- A minimum of 4 years design agency experience or within a fast paced in house position
- Experience briefing printers and managing print costs
- Have a great portfolio showcasing unique creative ideas, a passion for design and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing work priorities at short notice
- An understanding of artwork generation
- A keen eye for detail and quality
- Ability to prioritise workload and ensure deadlines are met
