Sales Consultant - Permanent - Brentford
The requirement is for a pro-active and organised individual with excellent proven sales ability who will be able to carry out tasks through to a successful conclusion. The successful candidate will be organised, efficient, able to work quickly and accurately under pressure whilst maintaining excellent client care at all times.

Identify potential buyers and secure maximum quality viewings,

Comply with all relevant legislation as it affects the residential sales operation

Achieve sales targets - sell units as profitably as possible

Achieve callout targets

Negotiating offers from buyer to sales manager for approval

Registering enquiries, arranging appointments and undertaking viewings with prospective applicants
-
Adhere to the structures sales journey/qualifying procedure
-
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective clients

Working as part of the sales team and covering for other negotiators if required

Providing excellent customer service

Undertaking of daily checks of the presentation of the marketing suite and show apartments
-
Excellent knowledge of the development and able to communicate/sell to potential buyers

Experience in launching new Developments

Attend weekly sales meeting, report on viewing activity
Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Strong understanding of housing and specifically new build markets

Experience in off plan site sales

Awareness of, and adherence to, any procedures relating to money laundering

Undertaking of daily checks of the presentation of the sales suite and show units
-
Sales and negotiating skills essential

Strong motivational and organisational skills

2 years’ experience in property development industry

Worked on development side of the business preferable

Experience in sales from launch stage preferable
