MAMS has grown through trust, respect and delivering cost-effective, quality products to deadline in a highly competitive industry. With a new HQ in Leeds and a new unit in Wolverhampton, the company has invested millions in property, staff and paper wrapping lines as well as state of the art, world-class printers. We are professional, fast-paced and customer-centric.
After securing numerous new contracts, the company is seeking to recruit into key positions and further expand the business.
The ideal candidate for this position will experienced withing the paper-wrap/print/direct mail industry, be motivated, reliable and flexible. Experience within these areas is an essential requirement.
The successful candidate will be pro-active, able to work independently, be detail-oriented and work well in a pressure environment.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Responsible for undertaking factory operative duties such as feeding, mail sorting and factory floor operations.
- Responsible for the effective and efficient undertaking of relevant quality checks.
- Attention to detail with a high focus on quality control initiatives and standards.
- Ability to identify issues proactively and work in a in a pressured environment.
- Multitask, prioritise and achieve deadlines and targets in a pressured environment.
- Good communications and organisational skills
- Team player.
- Reliability and dependability.
- Self-motivated.
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
