Overview:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media.
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Implement concepts and visual direction; contribute to creative strategy on all Topgolf branded-related projects, in accordance with brand identity and in connection with the US creative team.
• Highly organized and capable of maintaining asset libraries and creative archives.
• Collaborate with various teams and vendors to ensure timely, accurate completion of necessary creative tasks and projects – Marketing, Operations, Food & Beverage, IT Partnerships and Communications.
• The Graphic Designer will act as a Creative Manager he/she will own the creative house and design element storage of all brand assets. They will also oversee all approvals of brand assets and copyrighting.

What we're looking for:

• Degree educated.
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suits – Specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Strong interpersonal skills - we want you to bring the fun!
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Collaborate with various teams and vendors to ensure timely, accurate completion of necessary creative tasks and projects – Marketing, Operations, Food & Beverage, IT Partnerships and Communications.
• Capable of managing multiple project simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

• We are an international business so there will be occasional travel to our HQ in Texas for Marketing Summits.
• Flexibility - We work flexibly at Topgolf so we can connect with our colleagues overseas.
• Hybrid - The working pattern is hybrid, you will split your time between home and our office in Watford. We would like the successful candidate to be in the office 1-2 days per week.
