What you could be doing as an Apprentice?
Providing administrative support across all areas of the Directorate.
Producing documents.
Ensuring all systems are updated and managed appropriately to enable effective performance monitoring.
Managing customer enquiries over the telephone and any incoming queries to the Group.
Supporting customers to engage with the Group digitally .
For this apprenticeship you will be studying with Herefordshire & Worcestershire Group Training Association, working towards a Level 3 in Business Administration. If you live outside of this area, we would also be open to offering the course through an alternate provider in a different location.

While the role is Home Based, you will be asked to attend meetings and training at our Group offices in Worcester and Birmingham.
On successful completion of the Level 3 Apprenticeship you will be able to apply for any related job vacancies within Platform Housing. If you gain permanent employment with Platform you will continue to be supported in your learning and development. We have a strong track record of offering permanent jobs to our apprentices once they qualify.

Excellent communication skills

IT skills
Interest of working in the Housing Sector
