We are looking for an enthusiastic, bubbly and reliable worker with initiative to get things done to support a great guest journey in our hostel. Perhaps you are looking for a short term role while travelling - or looking for something more longer term - we're happy to discuss.
The role would cover for the most part reception. No experience needed necessarily, though we are looking for someone who is flexible with their hours and role (particularly available for weekend hours), and has a key focus on ensuring a great guest experience.
Key attributes include an outstanding customer service focus, and a willingness for all aspects of the hostel environment to ensure a fantastic and positive stay for our guests.
Accuracy in the administrative side of the role is also important along with an attention to detail in all areas.
We pride ourselves on having a clean and safe environment and are looking for team players who are dedicated to this while providing consistently amazing guest service, a commitment for sales and focus on ensuring a fun environment.

This role includes:
Reception duties: phone,email and face to face enquiries
Exceptional guest service
Sales
Cafe and Kitchen work (no experience needed)
Working with a great Team!
Flexible Rota shifts
Interaction with guests travelling the world
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm
Salary: £11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
