Role Responsibilities
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to grow our new customer service division at our Trafford site. We are looking for someone who is professional, proactive and personable, you will join a dynamic team of individuals based over our two sites (Manchester and Mansfield) and report into the Customer Service Manager.
- Promoting customer service excellence, ensuring customer care is delivered at the highest standard across all areas within the For Everyone Group
- Dealing with customer calls and enquiries over the phone and emails
- Taking ownership of individual enquiries and customer requests using a ticketing system
- Maintain our reputation and drive confidence in our products and services
Requirements
- 1-year minimum experience in customer services/call centre
- Experience using a ticket system
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrates customer service excellence both internally and externally
- Possesses commercial awareness in their decision-making and actions
- High level of integrity and trust
- Takes ownership with a proactive attitude
Job Details
- Office based, permanent, Full time (37.5 Hours), 8 hours shift with 30 min unpaid lunch between 8am and 6pm, Monday-Friday with occasional weekend cover
