Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator
We have a unique opportunity to join Bradleys Estate Agents, award winning Independent Estate Agent in the South West with 30 offices, Taunton through to Penzance. An established estate agent for 30 years who work as a family.
As a Trainee Negotiator you will be placed on Bradleys Property Academy, your career will be developed from day one with ongoing training and a development plan, working in supportive and rewarding environment.
With this position uncapped earnings with the potential of on target earnings of £19,000-£24,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities as a Trainee Negotiator
· Generate and book valuations and viewing appointments
· Conduct property viewings in a professional manner
· Negotiate offers that are received.
· Agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion.
· Optimising every opportunity within the Bradleys Complete Property Service
· Generate new business in a target driven environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
