Location: Samsung Experience Store, Leicester
Salary: £37,000- £40,000 (25% bonus potential - OTE £46,250- £50,000)
Role Summary:
The Store Manager is accountable for delivering PRS& Samsung goals, through alignment with the PRS& Samsung brand and ethos, inspiring inspirational customer service, operational compliance and execution while having an unswerving desire to introduce Samsung products that enrich customers connected lives through unrivalled interactions.

Managing colleagues across all departments on all metrics they are accountable for
- Following the PRS processes, guidelines and policies at all times

Key holding and general shift management

Planning prioritising and delegating your own and others work, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times

High level resource management, ensuring budgets across the board are adhered to

Previous high level retail management experience is essential
