WHAT TO EXPECT
The Powertrain Software Engineering team are keen to appoint someone with experience of delivering support of an administration and organisational nature.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Supporting the preparation towards team / departmental audits

Preparation and planning of department meetings and communications
-
Monitoring and maintaining various trackers (first aid lists, fire marshal list)

Support the engagement process of new starters to the team
-
Be a point of contract in support of IT hardware needs and support
-
In addition, there will be a need to collate information that support financial forecasting and HR reporting, coordinate team travel plans and help support team training and skills tracking
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Essential:

Relevant previous experience in a similar role

Able to work with close attention to detail
-
A capable user of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Proven interactive and engagement skills along with being organise and proactive to anticipate needs
