Medical Network - A leading private healthcare provider specialising in aesthetic treatment.
We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our busy team based in Walsall town centre, to provide and project a positive, friendly image to our clients and use your strong admiration to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.
You will be part of a team that represents the company in a first class way and will make sure all visitors and callers are greeted in a friendly and professional manner.

- £17500-22,000 per annum salary (depended on experience)
- Performance related bonus
- 40 hours a week/
- Part Time - Evenings & Weekend Available
- 20 days holiday (28 days including bank holidays)

The Role:
- We need somebody to ensure that all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally
- You will register new patients, scan documents onto our medical system, send letters to patients as necessary & photocopy notes and other information
- You will make appointments for our patient applying your understanding of patient confidentiality & attention to detail
- You will ensure the entrance and reception area are always pristine and welcoming.
