In this role you would be responsible for sourcing, engagement, screening, assessment and hiring of suitably qualified and experienced candidates for our offshore and onshore construction trades division. The role will be a key team member that supports the delivery of contract labour to our client assets in UK & Europe. The role is fast paced, supporting our construction department mobilise resources at pace, efficiently and compliantly.

We are open to your location either working Hybrid from anyone of our offices Aberdeen/Glasgow or Remotely in the UK. Some travel required to attend events, meetings and training.

We’d like you to demonstrate your experience in in-house or agency recruitment in a variety of jobs (trades would be particularly beneficial), be a pro-active networker and exceptional communicator. You will work closely with our Construction Managers, Logistics Team and our pipeline of candidates.
In addition, you will be responsible for maximising our ability to access new resources by utilising various media and advertising options and increase our pipeline of readily available candidates we offer to our clients to delivery discrete scopes of work.
Preferably you will have experience in Oil & Gas, Constructions and/or Renewable Industries. Have knowledge of Trades - Welders, Pipefitters, Instrument Pipefitters, Riggers, OCS, Working Foreman, General Assistant, Platters, Rope Access, LOLER, Technicians and NDT Inspection.
Training can and will be offered to the right candidate who demonstrates traits aligned to the company GENES.
