General Manager for Leamington Spa's #1 Escape Room

We're on the hunt for a General Manager who shares our passion and vision for excellence.
Responsibilities: As our General Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and managing a happy, high-performing team. This includes recruiting, onboarding, and training staff, creating rotas, monitoring performance, maintaining brand standards, and providing motivational leadership.
You'll also be responsible for new business development with a lot of freedom to implement your own ideas. You will be supported to strategise and create innovative marketing plans, and generate leads through outreach activities and up-sells. In addition, you'll be tasked with ensuring an immersive and engaging customer experience is delivered, while also managing day-to-day operations of maintenance, health and safety, and cleaning.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a skilled people manager with strong hosting skills and the ability to speak in front of large groups in a clear, entertaining, and informative manner. You'll also need to be organized, able to prioritize effectively, and skilled at coaching and empowering your team to achieve their goals.
Additionally, we're looking for someone who is creative, enthusiastic, and determined when it comes to business development. And, of course, you'll need to be fun and personable, someone that everyone wants to work for.
