The role is for an experienced Film Editor who has vast experience in marketing. The ideal candidate is an adaptable, resourceful and self-motivated film maker with a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to take on a wide range of tasks.
This role is for someone that understands how to combine creative film making with a progressive brand such as Lotus. The ideal candidate would be extremely driven, creative and efficient with their time. You must be comfortable working closely with Creative, Design and Senior Management teams in a collaborative approach to deliver projects in a time-sensitive environment.
Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with the creative strategy team to understand the objectives of each project and develop creative ideas to achieve them.
- Edit raw footage into a polished and visually compelling video that tells a story and promotes our brand and products.
- Manage and organise footage to ensure efficient editing workflow.
- Apply colour correction and grading to enhance the visual appeal of the films.
- Create and add motion graphics, titles, and other visual effects to the films.
- Ensure all videos meet the technical specifications for various platforms and devices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video editing and automotive marketing.

Extensive experience delivering final marketing films.
- A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- Experience in the automotive sector desirable.
- Demonstrate a strong drive, independence and confidence as well as operating as part of a team.
- Structured, methodical and analytical with good planning skills.
- Flexible and able to work under constrained time schedules and frequently revised circumstances.
