About the department:
The role of receptionist falls within Connect, our customer contact centre which is at the heart of all that we do; going the extra mile to manage and resolve customer issues, making sure any complaints receive a timely response and having ongoing communication to help and support our customers whenever they need us.
Role Information:
*This is a part time role which is part of a job share so there will be a requirement to cover annual leave occasionally covering 9am-5pm/sickness when required*
The successful candidate will be the face of Jigsaw Homes Group as the first person our customers see when visiting our office. Providing basic information about housing and repairs queries or signposting to our Customer Services team. Greeting visitors and contacting staff to inform them of their arrival.
