Role Requirements
- Main dealership experience within a similar role
- Experience of managing a sales team's daily activity of prospecting and follow up to ensure targets are achieved
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent customer service skills
- A team player driven to lead team success
- Excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
