Customer Service are responsible for ensuring our customers receive a world class customer experience. They are the internal customer champion who ensures that customers needs are met in manner that exceeds their expectations. Voice of customer is their priority to ensure that we are continually monitoring and improving our customer service levels.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Customer Service and Admin Duties:
- Order entry
- Order acknowledgement
- Effective customer communication
- Log and distribute customer enquiries (Telephone and Email)
- Digital and physical filing
Experience and Skills required:
- Computer Literate with good knowledge of Microsoft 365 programmes
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Experience of Salesforce would be an advantage
- Confident telephone manner
- Experience of working in an office or similar environment
