We want every McDonald's customer to have a brilliant experience, every time they visit. That means hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant. As a Evening Cleaner , you will bre required to clean our Dining Area, customer and crew toilets and some areas in the back ups, the role requires mopping, sweeping, dusting cleaning bins and general cleanling duties, Shift times are 7pm until Midnight working a verity of days including weekends( some flexabilty in times can be offered to a suitable candidate we can offer part or full time work for this position. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of cleanliness in the restaurant. Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction. Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures. Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect working as a supportive team member.
Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
