We provide a range of residential care and nursing services to older people across the county, some of whom are living with dementia. As a Companion, you’ll have the opportunity to shape your own role by working with residents to find out about them and what you can do to support them individually and in groups. This role does involve some weekend and bank holidays working, for which enhancements are paid.
