A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Coordinator - French Speaking to join the Cedric Grolet team at The Berkeley.

Its signature experiences include the famed Blue Bar, The Berkeley Bar & Terrace, Michelin-starred dining in ‘Marcus’ by Marcus Wareing and our Bamford Health Club & Spa.
As a Food & Beverage Coordinator you will be supporting Cedric Grolet at the Berkeley in an administrative role, to act as a liaison between potential clients, the team in France and at The Berkeley. Simultaneously co-ordinate the administration from the culinary side to assist fully in the daily function of the kitchen department.
Main responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
- To support the Operations Manager with any current and upcoming projects concerning Cedric Grolet Ltd and Cedric Grolet at The Berkeley.
- To respond to any email enquiries received from external and internal guests through our reservations team in a timely manner.
- To ensure our procurement systems and allergen information are up to date when launching new products.
- Ensure that all front of house colleagues and chefs receive a full Induction complete with welcome pack, menu pick-up charts, and explanation of all hotel procedures and operating procedures.
Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
Successful candidates for the Food & Beverage Coordinator will demonstrate genuine dedication to The Berkeley and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is a fast learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal, communication skills, and French language on business level is required.
