We are looking for an Operations Assistant
- Using a range of software including email, Microsoft Office applications and operational platforms to drive up-to-date information for frontline officers
- Responding to and facilitating client and operational team enquiries
- Supporting portfolio resource management for respective departments ensuring shift coverage in relation to short notice absence
- Actioning calls from Alarm Receiving Centres (ARC) recording details and dispatching assets to respond
- Making calls to operational officers for lateness/ sickness / missed check calls / welfare checks
- Reviewing operational reporting for content, accuracy and completeness.
- Approving and sending reports to customers
- Actively review operational documentation to maintain current operational information
- Managing and maintaining online and paper filing systems relating to client information
- Supporting the Integrated Management System to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Data entry
- Working independently and as part of a team
- General support as required
Person Specification
The position requires applicants to demonstrate a number of key skills and attributes:
- Must be able to conduct themselves professionally and with complete integrity
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Tactful and diplomatic, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skills, including keyboard skills and legible handwriting
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent Including English at Grade ‘C’ or above
- Experience of working within an office environment
- Evidence of continuing professional development, and willing to undertake further appropriate training
- Computer literate, and has a good knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
- Team player, but able to work on own initiative
- Clean criminal record

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
