Pertemps are pleased to be recruiting for a prestigious and well established Northamptonshire based manufacturing brand. Due to retirement they are now looking for a Finance Assistant to join their friendly team at their modern offices based in Rushden.
Are you a proactive, adaptable Finance Assistant who takes pride in their work ?
Key Responsibilities
Reconciliation of Ecommerce sales to amounts banked from various sources such as PayPal
Reconciliation of sales recorded at their three flagship stores to amounts banked
Investigation of discrepancies and propose required solutions in conjunction with their sales and stores teams
Uploading bank information
Reconciliation of bank statements using their ERP system
Any ad hoc duties as given by the Financial Controller
Essential Skills and Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in working in accounts department environment
Good Excel understanding e.g. VLOOKUP’s
AAT Level 2 or equivalent
Experience of large volume reconciliations
Must have good attention to detail
Possess a positive/can-do attitude
