Tolley Badges Ltd is a small business in Kinver, Stourbridge. We are a proud family run business. Supplying badges for nearly 60 years to large and small businesses with groups such as the armed forces, Girlguides, Scouts, sports clubs and charities. We supply badges predominantly to the UK but we have customers all over the world. We also supply other branding goods but our main product is badges. Our highly regarded reputation is based on a friendly professional, one to one customer support with the highest quality products.

We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate has a background in office administration and enjoys working at a flexible pace. The Office Administrator must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be willing to learn, and be willing to take direction from others. Training will be provided but previous experience within customer service and invoicing would be preferred. Computer skills are necessary. The position requires working days of Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and have reliable transportation, as well as daily interaction with both coworkers and management.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service - quotations, order inputting, order tracking and customer liaison.
- Invoicing (using Quickbooks) .
- Dispatch of orders
- Bookkeeping - although help will be given if needed.
- Communicating with our factory team to track and trace production.
- Data input
This job is to cover maternity leave but will be a permanent position. It will start off part time although there will be a opportunity for the role to increase to full time.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25.5 per week
