As a result of the extra investment that is coming into Mental health services as part of the NHS Long term Plan, we are excited to be able to expand and transform what we offer to this service user group and their families. You will work as part of a senior team that will oversee the development of and support to community rehab services in line with National guidance. You will be part of AMH services and contribute to the implementation of the NHS LTP to improve outcomes for the local population.
The post holder is identified as having advanced and specialist knowledge in the mental health needs of adults and their families with specific focus and remit to deliver significant improvements in services for patients that have long term mental health conditions and rehabilitation needs. They will be required to be a lead specialist and work with a high degree of autonomy across a wide range of services to deliver change.
