We are now looking for a Membership Account Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis to cover Swindon, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire

The Role
As a Membership Account Manager, you will retain and grow Business West Membership across our Initiative and Specialist groups in Swindon, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.
Supporting our membership development plan, you will engage members in our core strategic themes of innovation, skills and productivity, green, climate and international trade as well as in the design and the delivery of place-based projects.
Acting as a trusted advisor to members, you will create account plans to drive service, engagement and revenue growth, maintaining regular contact with our member organisations, at all levels.
Additionally, you will:
- Support the delivery of a range of member engagements and events
- Utilise membership to gather feedback
- Assist with the development and launch of new products
- Maintain up to date and accurate records
About You
To be considered as a Membership Account Manager, you will need:
- Experience managing and planning account portfolios at all levels
- Experience in professional client relationship management and negotiation
- Experience matching business requirements and needs to services or connections
- Experience hitting account management targets
- Experience using CRM Systems and other software to manage customer accounts
- Experience using LAER (listen, acknowledge, explore & respond)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
