Job Description

Job Title: Paramedic

Hours of work: Up to 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Based on AfC Band 7, depending on experience

The Overview:

We are looking to welcome an enthusiastic Paramedic into our high performing urgent care team.

The ideal candidate will already have experience of Primary Care, but we would also consider those looking at making the transition to General Practice.

The successful applicant will be attached to the Wickham Surgery.

The Practice is a modern purpose-built building in the beautiful semi-rural location of
Wickham Hampshire.

The Paramedic will join our established and highly competent urgent care team to deliver a multidisciplinary team approach to on the day care to our patients.

The paramedic will complement the existing team to include triaging and treating patients with a range of acute, non-acute and chronic medical conditions. The role may also include visiting patients at their home.

We are a training practice, and we are passionate about education and continued professional development with opportunities to attend our educational meetings and develop areas of personal interest.
