Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, the accommodation team member will help make sure that all areas of the business including housekeeping, reception and food service are supported where necessary. The Accommodation team member will provide excellent customer service in line with company standards, manage guest feedback in a timely manner and report directly to the accommodation manager.
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are always followed maintaining the safety of our team and our guests. The role will include but is not limited to, Reception work, check ins & check out, housekeeping, breakfast service, events and night shifts ( Flexible working patterns are available )
The Accommodation Assistant will be involved with the day-to-day operations and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable stay.
The job holder will report to the accommodation manager. The job holder is expected to always operate in a professional manner maintaining a high-quality standard of work, and to always work in accordance with aims, values and ethos of Destiny Student Limited.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
