About Kuoni Tumlare:


Kuoni Tumlare is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Director to lead, manage and develop our Accounts for MICE in the UK. The Client Director will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of converting leads into opportunities and building long lasting relationships, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the sales for the MICE team in London
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities and developing innovative solutions to meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitor activity, to ensure the business stays ahead of the curve
  • Work closely with other departments within the business, to ensure effective coordination and delivery of client services
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and revenue targets are met
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Represent Kuoni Tumlare at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities


Requirements:


  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and achieving sales targets and onboarding new clients
  • Demonstrable experience in Sales for the meeting and events industry
  • A strong network of corporate clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Experience in the travel industry, with a deep understanding of the market and industry trends
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and deliver projects on time and to budget
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
