Following changes to the business, you will be responsible for heading up the global onboard marketing function for onboard services across all passenger routes. The successful candidate will be the keeper of all Onboard Web and Digital Marketing content. Update Global Passenger Marketing teams on any changes and develop content so the routes are represented with the latest information. You will be working with the senior leadership team to standardize Onboard Marketing systems and develop new digital solutions across all routes. The position will entail developing Onboard Marketing and using Industry brand marketing contribution manage the Global Sail and Save Magazine for all Passenger ships.
We are seeking an individual who is pro-active in their approach, eager to learn, in a busy environment, but has excellent management skills whilst being able to develop effective relationships. Confident managing time, prioritising workloads effectively, alongside fantastic communication skills with your own team and other department members. Strong health, safety and quality knowledge to ensure the companies activities are in accordance with relevant policies. During this role you will need to be able to suggest improvements, be proactive and use a variety of management techniques to ensure a safe level of working whilst driving the business forward.
Principle Accountabilities:

Be the keeper of all Onboard Web and Digital Marketing content.

Update Global Passenger Marketing teams on any changes and develop content so the routes are represented with the latest information.

Attend Heads of Meetings with the Passenger Marketing Director to share information and collaboration.

Develop your team to create effective content to increase conversion and Spend Per Head.

To attend Route Meetings regularly to understand the needs of the Onboard teams.

To allocate your team to work efficiently and effectively on all work through Monday.com.

Work with Industry, Head of Retail and Head of Food & Beverage to increase contribution from Suppliers.

Monitor and interpret business and marketing performance across routes and develop tactical content when needed as well as supporting Onboard Commercial Teams in strategic initiatives.

Evaluate costs, work process and suppliers and implement efficiencies to control costs and workload.

Be the strategic plan keeper for all onboard activity across the year.
Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Able to work with Retail. Food and Accommodation Content.

Strong Leadership skills and People Management Skills and Stakeholder Management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to Director and VP Level.

Ability to influence effectively and be flexible with approach.

Numerical and analytical thinking with a data driven approach.

Marketing or Business Degree or Professional Marketing qualification desirable.

Flexible and adaptable.

Able and willing to travel within Europe and UK.
