Job Description To deliver an effective and competent level of administration within the Continuing Healthcare Team, promoting good customer service and effective working relationships. The post holder will be responsible for inputting and maintaining data on data systems, together with the associated correspondence, ensuring a flexible/adaptable approach to their work in order to meet various deadlines and targets Act as a point of contact for the department, dealing with routine and specialist enquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner, communicating relevant information to stakeholders, referring to others as appropriate. Inputting and maintaining data on data systems, together with the associated correspondence. Monitoring data input and printing reports from computerised systems as required. To arrange/schedule assessments and reviews for Nurse Assessors, including contacting individuals and family members/representatives and other relevant professionals, as required. Collation and preparation of relevant documentation in support of service delivery. To support clinical brokerage function in the setting up of care packages, as required. Responsible for organising meetings for the department, minute taking, calendar management and planning any administrative work as required. Deal with invoice queries in an efficient and timely manner, as required. Answer telephone calls, taking messages and passing on accurately to the relevant department/person. Ensure that general office supply levels are maintained. To deal with all outgoing and incoming mail. Responsible for sorting all out-going mail to ensure that IG standards are adhered to. To send post recorded delivery when requested.
