Rybrook Warwick is looking for an Accounts Assistant.

Your role

The role will involve:

• Ensuring swift, accurate and timely processing of all supplier invoices in line with company policy & procedures
• Reconcile Monthly Supplier Statements and processing monthly payment runs
• Other duties to include ad hoc payments and assisting with daily banking
• Compile accurate and timely accounting on a monthly bases and flag concerns to centre accountant
• Be aware of and adhere to all relevant statutory legislation and company and manufacturer policies and procedures
• Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as requested, You should have general accounts experience in purchase ledger

Your profile

You will have proven experience in a similar role, with knowledge of the Motor Industry and the use of Drive systems being advantageous. Proven Excel experience is required and the ideal applicant should be motivated, hard-working and a team player.
