An exciting opportunity has become available in our Customer Engagement Team within the HOC for a Customer Relationship Support Assistant to process complaints and a diverse range of enquiries as well as promoting our services on social media. The customer is at the heart of everything we do, so providing high quality responses and being a confident communicator is essential.
