Customer Service Assistants

£12.41 per hour / £22,586 per year
Starting April 2023
6 months temporary contract with potential permanent opportunities
35 hours per week, with the earliest shift starting at 0615 hours and the latest finish 2300 hours
Main Duties
Provide customer information as required
Check tickets and supporting documents and issue tickets where required
Ensure the safe operation at the Gateline including the surrounding areas
Assist with customer direction and queue management to ensure control of any build-up of customers and ensure an appropriate passenger flow in each direction
General health and safety duties

Prior to commencement in this role full professional training and an induction will be provided.
