Are you an experienced HR professional who can assist and provide administrative support to a HR Business partnering team,if so, then this 6 month fixed term role could be just right for your next career move?
Offered on a 36.25hr per week basis this is a hybrid role, working primarily from home, with occasional travel for meetings in our region (Midlands, East of England) or attending one of our offices (Boston, Rushden, or Walsall).
You will act as the first point of contact for inbound employee relation queries, produce monthly and adhoc management information and assist in the delivery of providing professional, customer focussed employees relations support and advice to a Group of 1300 employees who are committed to improving the lives of their customers. You’ll work as part of a large People Services department and assist in the development and delivery of our People Services strategy.
This role will require a working knowledge of generalist HR issues, along with excellent communication skills and experience of providing HR support. You will benefit from delivering in a highly varied role, adding value to our People Services function. Included within this will be:
Ideally, you will have prior experience of generalist HR issues within a HR / People Services function and be confident in providing advice whilst being aware of legislation.
